We reserve the right to request information to verify eligibility and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

Use of Services

Easy Church Merch provides a platform for churches and organizations to create and sell custom merchandise. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

Each organization may not maintain more than one (1) free account on the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and fulfilled.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Easy Church Merch or its licensors. Store owners retain ownership of their uploaded designs and are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any content they upload.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or sell merchandise that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Promotes illegal activities
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

Easy Church Merch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
